RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Jompaidu, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with all products purchased from us. However, we understand that there may be situations where you might need to return an item. In these cases, the following return and refund policy applies:

Returns: Please note that all sales are final. Once a purchase has been made, we cannot accept returns. We encourage you to thoroughly review your selection before finalizing your purchase.

Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the damaged goods to be collected and a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.

Refunds: While we cannot accept returns, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is required. Please note that refunds are only processed for items that are out of stock at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will notify you via email and a refund of the original amount paid will be processed. This amount will automatically be credited back to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Order Queries: If you have any issues or questions about a product you’ve purchased, please contact our customer service team here. Although we cannot accept returns, we’re committed to resolving any problems you might have. When contacting us, please provide your order number, a description of the item in question, and any specific concerns you have about the product.
